About Josh Wallace
I am a dedicated father of three wonderful children with 15 years of experience in the Ottawa Catholic School Board, where I have worked with diverse age groups and abilities. I am highly adaptable and have supported clients with ASD, DHD, OCD, learning disabilities, and behavioral challenges. Additionally, I have provided one-on-one support to students facing hearing and speech difficulties.
My experience includes developing behavior programs and facilitating Community Living classes. I have successfully created behavior strategies and token systems tailored to individual student needs, and I excel at adapting and modifying programs as necessary. As a positive role model, I set realistic and attainable goals for my clients,
prioritizing their well-being and health to ensure they are treated fairly and equitably in both school and community settings.
My greatest strength lies in my ability to build strong relationships with my clients. I actively listen to their requests and concerns, addressing their needs effectively. I strive to be proactive, anticipating challenges and providing achievable solutions. I believe these skills lay a strong foundation for life and foster trust and respect.
