Responsibilities
Tasks
- Appraise value of property and buildings
- Collect and analyze financial records of a business, such as financial statements, budgets, projections and sales data
- Appraise value of industrial and commercial machinery and equipment
- Appraise value of personal and household items
- Review and analyze data such as past sales, title searches, engineering and alignment maps and soil maps
- Prepare appraisal reports for lending agencies and insurance companies
- Prepare appraisal reports for government departments
- Review and analyze data such as location cost data and easements
- Prepare appraisal reports for courts, attorneys, and creditors
- Prepare appraisal reports for buyers or auctioneers
