Site Supervisor for Renovation Company

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our renovation team. This position involves overseeing daily operations at project sites, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
• Manage subcontractors and crew to ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate with clients and project managers to provide updates.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in site supervision or construction management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage renovation projects.
• Good communication skills.
Compensation:
• Minimum pay $20 per hour with 40 hours per week.
