Looking to join a renovation company. Not hiring.

I am looking to join a renovation company where I would learn as we go. Not completely new to renovation work as I have done my own personal projects completely on my own. My most recent project was reframing an arch opening into a square. I’ve included pictures of the work I did. All the work involved in this project was reframing, new drywall, taping, painting and installing trim work.

Looking for a company that is open to training for a position. My preference would be to learn trim work along with tiling.
