Responsibilities :
Customer Service: Greet and seat guests, explain menu options, and help clients order in a timely and friendly manner.
Prepare Hot Beverages: Prepare and serve hot drinks including coffee, tea, espresso-based drinks, and other specialty beverages according to lounge standards.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure all work areas, tables, and service stations are clean and organized throughout the shift.
Multitasking: Handle multiple tables and guest needs efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional service.
Cash Handling: Process payments, operate the POS system, and provide accurate change as needed.
Guest Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements :
Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic cashiering skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
