General Contractor Helper Wanted. $22~$40/hr Cash Paid EOD

Wanted immediately: A dedicated helper for a fast growing general contractor:

– Full time as well as temporary positions available.
– Must have experience in at least one of the following trades: Basement framing, drywall, taping, painting, tiling, landscaping/hardscaping, trim carpentry.
– Willing to pay $22~$40/hour. Cash at the end of the day is not a problem.

Expectation for payment:
$40/hr – 5 years experience, have own vehicle and have some tools of your own, know the tricks to achieve satisfying end results efficiently.
$22 – Some experience, comfortable working with all power tools including table saw and concrete saw.

Wherever you may fall, the ideal candidate would be dedicated to quality workmanship, maintaining a clean work environment, genuinely enjoy the process of working with their hands/creating something new, have attention to detail but most of all, must be able to work unsupervised.

The right candidate would be able to start even tomorrow if wanted.
