Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Assess clients’ cognitive, social and emotional barriers to establish adaptation goals
  • Assist students to develop life skills
  • Collaborate with specialists to develop programs for clients’ special needs
  • Develop individualized education and intervention plans based on special needs of client to facilitate their readaptation and independence objectives

Credentials

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses 

  • Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Certificate
  • Behaviour management Certification
  • Intensive behavioural intervention Certification
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
