Growing Family seeking Nanny in Ottawa – Focus on home & pet car

We are looking for a reliable and proactive nanny to join our family in a position that will primarily focus on home and pet care, with some child care responsibilities, as we prepare for the arrival of our third child (May due date). Both children are currently in school & daycare full-time, leaving mornings and evenings to provide support.
In this role, you’ll help manage the daily upkeep of our home, including cleaning, meal prep, laundry, and general organization. You will also be responsible for the care of our cuddly senior dog, Milo (11), a small schnauzer / yorkie mix. He does not require walks, just your company and being let out in the yard.

Child care will be part of the role, but it will mainly be in the evenings and on occasion during the day. We would love our children to get familiar and comfortable with you to allow us some nights out :). As our family grows, the child care component will become more important, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable stepping in to support with baby and toddler care when needed.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable with both household duties and interacting with children. A love for pets and a nurturing attitude toward kids is essential.
