snow removal crew leader needed

Looking for a motivated individual for a snow removal/landscaping crew. This is a fulltime job with competetive wages. Can even pay cash if that is whats wanted.
Different jobs available depending on experience/skills. Salary and retainer options also available if proven to be reliable. I do have a driver/crew leader position also available for the right individual.
We start work out of the NE so pickup can be arranged if conveniently located. Pickups can be arranged if in the dover to forest lawn, marlborough snd mayland area of the city. Otherwise you would be expected to be onsite for 5am on snow days.
