Perks of Working with Us:
$22.50/hour base wage.
Guaranteed minimum 15 hours per week, even during weeks with less snow.
Shift premium for call-ins between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Overtime pay after 40 hours per week.
Dedicated truck and route for each operator.
An extra paid hour per week to clean and organize your truck.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate a 1-ton pickup truck with plow attachment to clear driveways, walkways, and other areas.
Salt driveways and walkways as needed.
Remove and relocate snowbanks safely and efficiently.
Complete a safety inspection checklist for your truck and equipment at the start of each shift.
Report any maintenance issues immediately to ensure equipment is always in top shape.
Maintain your truck in a clean and organized condition throughout the season.
Ensure your truck is fully feuled at the end of each shift.

Requirements:
Must have a valid G license.
Ability to work on-call during snow events, including nights and weekends.
Ability to handle tasks like salting and minor snow removal.
Strong commitment to safety and reliability
