Type: Temp to Perm or Direct Hire

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Plant Lead Hand is responsible for assisting the Plant Manager in managing and coordinating daily plant operations. This role involves supervising plant staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards and overseeing production processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
-Lead and motivate team members to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
-Monitor and oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
-Strong forklift skills.
-Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
-Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory, and staff attendance. Strong Math skills.
-Manage physical tasks including lifting items up to 50 lbs.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Supervisory or Lead Hand experience is required.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
