Cleaner for Condo Building

DUTIES TO BE CARRIED OUT:

• All floors vacuumed and mopped twice per week.
• All floors, vacuum vents, remove cobwebs, clean windows and clean garbage rooms. Disinfect all door handles (not private condo doors) and high touch areas.
• All floors once per week spot clean carpet stains.
• Main entrance clean daily. Vacuum and mop the floor area. Wipe down all furniture, clean glass around the front entrance. Mirrors cleaned. Disinfect all door handles and high touch areas.
• Laundry room. Check daily. Wipe down machines twice per week. Vacuum and mop the floors. Clean bathroom daily. Clean vents. Disinfect door handles and high touch areas.
• Elevator. Vacuumed daily. Disinfect buttons and high touch areas.
• Stairwells swept and washed weekly. Remove cobwebs. Disinfect handrails and door handles
• Sauna and exercise room. Check daily. Full clean weekly. Wipe down machines. Clean mirrors. Clean washroom.
• Remove garbage. Disinfect door handles and high touch areas.
• Meeting and party room. Check daily. Full clean weekly. Wipe furniture. Vacuum and wash the floors. Disinfect door handles and high touch areas.
